For Clients

• Provide accurate financial information for assessment purposes
• Only upload credit reports that belong to you
• Understand that assessment results do not guarantee funding approval

For Consultants/Agents

• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications required by law
• Provide accurate and honest information to clients
• Protect client confidential information
• Comply with all applicable financial services regulations

6. Fees and Payments

Certain Services may require payment. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription services until cancelled

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• Not Financial Advice: Our Services provide information and tools but do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific advice.
• "As Is" Basis: Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on our platform is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Funding Assessment and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
