Do I need to be a funding client to join?
Members are typically active or past clients of the funding platform, but anyone can join during BETA. Some features (like AI Business Coach personalization and tier-progression tracking) require a funding application on file to work end-to-end.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. No refunds for partial months. Already-earned referral commissions remain payable.
How do referral commissions get paid?
Same flow as the existing referral system: when a referred client's deal funds, your commission is calculated and added to your earnings balance. Payouts via the referral dashboard once you cross the $100 minimum threshold.
Where are the live events held?
Zoom. Members get the join link in the event detail page within 24 hours of start time, plus a reminder email at 24h and 1h. Recordings are uploaded after the session.
Is the community in-app or somewhere else?
Currently in-app — the Club hub, events, coaching library, and credit tiers all live inside your funding portal. We may layer in a dedicated community platform later based on member feedback.
